Before you can hire a new employee, there are two basic forms that you are required to fill out.

First, they want to make sure that the employee is legally allowed to work.  So they've devised the following form for you to fill out.  Click on the following link and you can print out the form.  FORM I-9

And, they also want to make sure that he/she won't miss out on contributing to the U.S. Treasury.  So they've devised the following form so that your new employee can provide you with the information necessary for you to prepare a W-2 at year end.  Click on the link for FORM W-4 

Now, after you've paid your employee and deducted the payroll taxes that correspond, you need to make sure that you deposit those payroll taxes on time on FORM 8109.  Sorry, but we can't give you that one.  You have to order that one from the IRS.  However, if you have questions on how to calculate the taxes or order the forms, please give us a call and we'll be happy to help.
